Tait McKenzie Fitness Centre, York University’s primary fitness and recreation facility, is home to a range of fitness and active living activities, including:
- Fitness Centre ($15 Student Membership fee annually)
- Drop-In Fitness Classes
- Squash Courts and Studios
- Personal Training and Nutrition Services
York University Intramurals, one of the largest intramural leagues in the province, is a great way to get involved and hosts a wide variety of sports and other physical activities. Intramural leagues are accessible through your affiliated college.
